How long does the installation take?

While every job is different, for an installation on a flat surface, a typical job with standard gray concrete can be completed in 1 to 2 days. Please keep in mind that inclement weather conditions, job scope, permitting issues and delays in obtaining Home Owner Association approvals may adversely impact the install time.

Do you install steps?

Yes, we are licensed to install steps. There are several varieties and styles to choose from.

What type of warranty does the service have?

The installation services will cover your installation (material and labor) for one year. All jobs will be installed in accordance with the professional standards (as set forth by the American Concrete Institute) for placement and finishing of concrete. Please note that the appearance of cracks in concrete is a natural occurrence and cannot be avoided. However, we do warranty that strength-enhancing polypropylene microfibers, commercial grade concrete and cure and seal applications will be used to minimize the potential appearance of cracks. Limited warranty details are provided on the Home Improvement Agreement. DURA-CRETE® concrete comes with a 5 year warranty and will cover material for 5 years.

Will the fiber you use result in a "hairy" concrete finish?

Because we use Polypropylene microfibers, this will not occur. Microfibers will not leave a "hairy" finish as typically associated with lower-quality fiber products.
